Description: We would like to subdivide two properties. Different family members own the three properties at 15728, 15488, and 15437 Golden Acres Point. Parents and two siblings (sisters). We have two other siblings that would like to build on two of the properties listed above. The Harding's would like to purchase 35 acres at 15437 Golden Acres and start to build immediately while the Proebstle's are newly married and would be gifted 5 acres of the property from 15488 Golden Acres to be able to build on as they are able to.
