- Karman Line is an +/-1,835 ac master planned community located in central El Paso County, east of the city of Colorado Springs. The master plan concept proposes a mix of land uses including several types of residential, multi-use, commercial, retail, light industrial, public facilities, open space, parks and trails. The goal of the project is to provide a master planned community that provides a variety of housing types, preserves and enhances the natural features of the site and fosters a sense of place that will ultimately improve the quality of life for its residents.
