Planning has reviewed the submittal, and has comments on the following: - Site Plan drawing Please see attached PDF for Letter of Intent and Site Plan, with Engineering and Planning Department comments. I am still going to schedule this for the 5/28 meeting since these comments are so minor, but please return the revisions as soon as you are able (by end of week would be ideal), so I can submit the staff report to my supervisor. Attached are the water and sewer service lines to your residence. Be aware that these lines run between 4 - 5 feet deep before entering up into the home. They run to the side or maybe beneath where your deck will go. Project does not occur over District owned infrastructure. These lines are the property and are maintained by the owner of the residence. Any damage caused to these lines will not be the financial responsibility of Cherokee Metropolitan District to fix, but the owner of the residence. No issue with plan. No further review needed from Cherokee Metro for water/sewer approval. |
