Review 1: EPC DPW Stormwater has the following comments: - The parcel to be developed does not immediately abut County jurisdiction and does not appear to have impacts to the County. Please provide final grading plans and a final drainage report, once prepared, so we can review the potential for impacts further. To the west is property owned by the Air Force Academy which has requested a recorded avigation easement and a noise notice.
