It is for domestic purposes inside 1 single family dwelling, and the watering of the owner's own large non-commercial domestic animals. Irrigation is not to exceed 5,000 sq. feet, and they only have 0.5 acre-feet of water per year. Upon reviewing the project and site location, El Paso County Parks staff has found that there are no immediate impacts to El Paso County parks, trails, open space, or other El Paso County Parks related items. It should be noted that the Garrett Road proposed bicycle route will run along Garrett Road and the applicant should be aware of the ROW and ensure no items are within it.
