3 El Paso County Parks Department Comments:

The 2022 El Paso County Parks Master Plan shows no impacts to existing or proposed parks, trails, or open space. As such no trail easement dedications will be necessary for this project.

However, the El Paso Parks Department strongly encourages a park be a part of the proposal for the residential portion of the project. A "Pocket Park" or "Neighborhood Park" would be beneficial for the residents who move to the area. It is vital to have recreational amenities for potential residents.

Regional and/or Urban park fees (dependent on density calculations) will be assessed upon review of the forthcoming preliminary plans or final plat(s).
