1. The application page shows this project as being for T-Mobile at the address of 10117 Lucky 4 Terrace, but the project statement shows this as a Verizon installation at 10115 Lucky 4 Terrace. Assuming that this is for Verizon, the address shown for them at 10115 Lucky 4 Terrace is correct and should be used when submitting building plans to PPRBD.
