Provide dimensions for both the roadway and the gate. - Clarify how fire department access through the gate is being provided. Review 1 PPR2535: S Peyton Hwy Hanover School District Bus Barn Engineering comments on the following documents (to be uploaded by project manager): - Drainage Report - Driveway Permit Plan Please upload the following documents with the next submittal: - Drainage Report - Driveway Permit Plan Applicant Notes: We are requesting a response letter with your next submittal explaining how each comment was addressed (please copy and paste all comments to your response letter and respond below each comment). Please do not use the words done, fixed, etc. instead explain how you addressed each comment. Please call me at the phone number indicated below for a Review Comment Resolution “RCR” TEAMS meeting prior to submittal to make sure all comments are addressed, so that we can move this project forward to approval. FYI: 1. The ECM Administrator will sign and date the drainage report after all the comments is addressed. 2. After approval of the Construction plans, the contractor shall obtain from EPC all necessary permits including the Driveway permit for the existing driveway. Enumerations has the following comments: 1. Enumerations has no authority to require new addresses for new structures on school property, so, the building permit submittal for this carport structure can use the current school address of 17050 S. Peyton Hwy. If the school district would like a unique street address for this project, they should contact Enumerations and request a new address.
