EPC Planning Division has no comments on the proposed Site Development Plan. Adjacent County zoning to the east is residential but currently unplatted. Given the potential residential development on that parcel staff would recommned buffering along the eastern boundary of the proposed development plan, however, the no build area along that boundary will suffice.
