Academy District 20 is in receipt of File #P2615 for approval of the Greaves Pinery Circle - Rezone from RR-5 to RR-2.5. The District does not object to this plan. The District is requesting fees in lieu of land dedication per the existing County Code, if applicable. The District is able to serve each student who is a resident of District 20. 1 | The Black Forest Land Use Committee is opposed to the rezone because 50 years of history and precedent has dictated that lot sizes in the Black Forest should be no smaller than 5 acres.
