Review 1: 1. No comments on the drainage memo as existing flows drain to the southwest into the City of Colorado Springs. No impacts to unincorporated EPC properties are anticipated. 2. No comments on the traffic impact study as the site will be access via City of Colorado Springs owned and maintained roadways. No impacts to EPC transportation network are anticipated. Please provide EPC staff with any updated traffic studies and drainage reports with proposed development of the site to assess and confirm that future development will not impact unincorporated El Paso County.
