MUMFORD COLORADO LLC is also an owner for parcels depicted on the exhibit. Please check assessors and update owners of all parcels and exhibits... There are several parcels not included in the Plan application that need to be included in a part of the D1 and D2. If the Plan is to have the Districts pay for offsite improvements, then the lots shouldn't be in the Financial Plan. This is confusing. |

5405000039 is owned by IESG LLC and the pond is depicted on that site- That improvement is included in the District's preview. Why is that property not included or is it in the District 1? |

It looks like there are more parcels and an additional owner based on exhibits in Plan and the Assessors- Update Plan and LOI. Rowley needs to a participant if land is included in D2 | 7/23/2025 1:08:56 PM

Add Exclusion agreement and minutes to LOI; please make sure language addressing what debt will remain in place that land owners within the excluded area will pay if any.. Are there any mills going to a district collected by Wilshire to Cherokee or Constitution Metro? | 7/23/2025 12:25:22 PM

EPC Parks Department
5/21/2025 3:22:53 PM |
El Paso County Parks Department. EPC Parks staff has reviewed the Wilshire Metropolitan District Nos. 1-2 application and service plan and found that the proposed district does not impact any proposed or existing EPC Parks trails, parks, or open space. The Wilshire development is served by a centrally located neighborhood park that was constructed under the guidelines of the Wilshire Filing Nos. 2 and 3 Park Lands Agreements, approved by the Board of County Commissioners in 2014. The current metropolitan district application does not mention the inclusion of neighborhood parks or trails, so it is assumed the aforementioned neighborhood park will also serve the new areas of development. EPC Parks staff has no objection to the formation of this Metropolitan District and will review forthcoming preliminary plans and final plats as they are submitted. Thank you! | 5/21/2025 3:22:53 PM |
