El Paso County Parks and Community Services Department. The 2022 El Paso County Parks Master Plan shows no impacts to existing or proposed parks, trails, or open space. The New Santa Fe Regional Trail terminates at its intersection with County Line Road near the northern Town of Palmer Lake city limits, and trail users will often cross County Line Road to access Douglas County Open Space and its associated trail network. The annexation of County Line Road will no hamper this activity. EPC Parks has no further comments or recommendations as they relate to this annexation application. Thank you! | 5/2/2025 9:46:55 AM |
