Discuss in the letter of intent construction traffic during the installation of the pipeline. If access to Ellicott Hwy is going to be required, a request for a permit needs to be submitted before construction begins.

Proposed disturbance is 0.85ac, so a thorough review of the GEC Plan was not completed, as an ESQCP is not needed. However, if during design or construction the disturbance exceeds 1ac then an ESQCP will be required, with all of the associated documents.

EPC DPW Stormwater has no comments.
