Overall, please provide more detail in the Letter of Intent and Service Plan that justifies the basis for the request to amend the service plan.

What do you anticipate needing SIDs for? Though the criteria of approval are generally geared toward new districts, please do your best to elaborate on how they apply to this amendment. Also, explain in more detail the background and context of the requests. For example, what is the existing debt for District 6? What existing development has occurred and what are the anticipated improvements that are needed (and what are the estimated costs of such improvements). It appears that all property within District 6 is platted and public infrastructure is built. Also, please explain the proposed payment method – will it be through a mill levy or special improvement district (SID). If an SID is planned, what are the estimated fees?

Generally, more specificity is likely needed to evaluate this request. Thanks.
