El Paso County Parks and Community Services Department. The 2022 El Paso County Parks Master Plan shows no impacts to existing or proposed parks, trails, or open space. The proposed Highway 94 Primary Regional Trail is located south of the proposed distillery, located along Positive Place (Mayberry Drive). As such, no trail easement dedications will be necessary for this project. As this is a commercial site development plan, no regional park fees are applicable. Thank you! 5/21/2025 2:51:04 PM

Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The street name of Springs Road is misspelled on the site plan.
2. The address for this new parcel is 22420 Business Park Dr. This address should be used when submitting building plans for review/permit.
