Because of this data, EPC DPW Stormwater does not have any comments on this project.

1. A splice or change to the plan with Regional Building Department needs to be submitted, change this plan to a duplex.
2. An additional address will need to be added to the home. There are no whole addresses available in this area. The basement unit will be 10, to show below grade unit. And the existing space on the main part of the home will be unit 101. This does trigger an address change to the property to clarify the 2 new addresses.
