Description
This application is for all on-site signage associated with the project, as well as needing to include our off-premise sign. This sign will be located within parcel 5233002004. Our client intends to install a vertical monumentation sign indicating the waste transfer station business as well as the existing Tool rental business. Due to the time needed to fabricate the sign, we are hoping to install a temporary sign located at the exact same location. The temporary sign will be a 4'x8' plywood and wood post sign. The permanent sign(s) are less than the allowed SF, and height requirements per I-3 CAD-O zoning. All documents will be attached and sent separately to Ashlyn Mathy! Thank you!

Sign post will need to be 59.83ft from the edge of existing Vollmer pavement to allow for new Vollmer Right of Way and 14ft clear zone. See CDR2110 CDs for new road design and extended ROW.
The parcels for the application should be updated to include both offsite parcels.
No comments on temp plywood sign.
