V1_ Planning review completed. No revisions or correction needed. No change to tower height (95') or footprint of lease area. No change to lighting, parking, or landscaping. Site plan packet was sent to PCD Planning Manager for stamp of approval 3/20/2025. Approval is contingent on compliance with PPRBD and Falcon FPD review comments. The applicant is to finalize co-location lease agreement prior to installation. Stamped approval will be uploaded to EDARP once received.
