Review 2: EPC DPW Stormwater comments have been provided (in orange text boxes) on the following uploaded document(s): - CDs.................................(To be uploaded by DS Engineer) - ESQCP Form - FAE form.........................(To be uploaded by DS Engineer) Please provide the following document(s) upon resubmittal (the planner will need to send an upload request): - Plat (the plat drawings previously submitted are for filing 1) See River Bend Residential Final Plat Filing No. 1 (file number: SF2517) for EPC Stormwater comments on the drainage report. Notes: - Ensure documents that are used for both filings are labeled "Filing No. 1 & 2" (not just filing 1) and documents specific to this project are labeled "Filing No. 2" so that documentation is consistent. PCD File numbers should also match the labels, if both are listed both file numbers should be as well. - Filing 1 and 2 have submitted identical PCM documents for the proposed pond with this development. Only the development that the pond will be constructed with requires the DMA and O&M manual. If the pond or orifice plate is being modified then the MHFD/SDI calcs would still be required. The Agreement needs to be separated from the resolution and staff memo and recorded as a stand-alone document along with this plat.
