El Paso County Parks Department. EPC Parks staff has reviewed the Antler Creek Metropolitan District application and service plan and does not have any additional comments beyond those provided in March 2024 which were associated with the Antler Range Preliminary Plan and Rezone development application (see attached documentation). As there were no impacts to existing or proposed parks, trails, or open space, and therefore, no park land or trail easement dedications are necessary, EPC Parks staff has no objection to the formation of this Metropolitan District.
