If the kennel is determined as a commercial business (personal use vs. commercial boarding business), all structures over 120sf will require a separate address and plans will need to be submitted for permit. Provide a simple site plan showing location of all structures with square footage shown, so we can provide an addressing plan. 2. Is the office just for personal use? 3. If the project is residential for personal use, plans submitted for permit should use 5825 Whittemore Rd for the address.
