2620 Cody Drive is a Lamar billboard but is not within 660 feet of a state highway. It is within 660 feet of Academy Blvd, which is on the National Highway System, but CDOT currently does not have a program in place for permitting advertising devices along off-system roads. CDOT has no further comment. Thank you |
