1. It appears a building permit was never issued when the new equipment shelter and antennas were built, and separate address for Verizon was never established. A new address will need to be assigned when submitting plans for permit, and since this is a new address, the plans will need to be submitted as a new cell site. 2. Use 3595 Saguaro Circle when submitting plans and please update all plan pages to show this new address. 3. No further comment.
