Schubert Ranches Solar Project

Description

Syrcuit Energy Solutions (Syrcuit) will propose and apply for a 1041 Permit for construction of a Major Facility of a Public Utility. These requirements are listed in Sections 2.303, 2.405, and 5.201 of El Paso County’s Land Development Code. Syrcuit will propose to construct, operate, and decommission the Schubert Solar Project, a solar facility capable of generating up to 285 megawatts (MW) alternating current (AC) solar energy. The proposed Solar Project consists of single-axis tracking ground-mounted solar arrays and associated infrastructure designed on approximately 2,264 acres located in sections 21, 22, 26, 27, and 28 of Township 14 South, Range 62 West. The Project will be located on three separate parcels as listed below: • 2400000276 – Schubert Ranches Inc. • 2400000249 – Schubert Ranches Inc. • 2400000027 – Schubert Ranches Inc.

Location

S Ellicott Highway (east) and Sanborn Road (north). The project will be located in Sections 21, 22, 26, 27, and 28 of Township 14 South, Range 62 West
