Since my last review, it came to my attention that lots in this subdivision had already been sold to individual homeowners. I therefore request that the attached amendment to the original agreement be used. Note: 1. The Amendment needs to be signed by both Challenger Communities and Challenger Homes. 2. The Addendum only needs to be signed by Challenger Communities. 3. We need Exhibit B (a drawing depicting the Deferred Sidewalks) and Exhibit C (the FAE for the Deferred Sidewalks).
