Enumerations has the following comments: 1. Photos of this lot from as recently as November of 2023 show what appears to be a non-manufactured single family residence on this parcel. Newer photos of this parcel shows that that residence is missing. No wrecking permit was issued. A wrecking permit must be completed prior to Enumerations approval of any building plans submitted for the new residence. 2. The new residence should use the existing address of 1219 Forest Rd.
