Review 1: Planning has made the following comments and is awaiting Engineering comments before upload of the comment document. EPC Planning supports the conservation efforts proposed in the southeast corner of the property to reduce impacts on the Preble’s Mouse habitat and the proposed 15-foot landscape buffer along the northern and western boundaries, both of which lie adjacent to large lot residential County zoning. Additionally, Staff suggests the following plantings within said buffer as pursuant to Section 6.2.2.D.2.b. of the El Paso County Land Development Code… “the required buffer shall be a minimum of 15 feet deep. The minimum number of trees in the buffer shall be 1 tree for every 25 feet of common lot, parcel, or tract line.
