El Paso County Parks and Community Services Department. In referring to the 2022 El Paso County Parks Master Plan, previous development application reviews of the Meadowbrook Park PUD Preliminary Plan and Final Plat showed no impacts to existing or proposed parks, trails, or open space . Submitted comments and recommendations stated that EPC Parks staff appreciated the applicant’s desire to provide ample recreational amenities for the residents and visitors of Meadowbrook Park, especially considering the condensed nature of the project site. The proposed building set-back variances do not impede into neighboring parks and open spaces, and as such, Parks staff has no objection to the applicant's proposal. No additional regional or urban park fees are necessary. Thank you. 12/10/2024 1:38:25 PM
