After discussion with Engineering Manager, staff would not support a deviation for a permanent access at the proposed location off the non-residential collector roadway. A temporary access can be granted during construction at the proposed location with a permanent access from the interior roadway cul-de-sac. reviewed by: Daniel Torres, P.E.
