- Install water transmission lines along existing utility corridors between the Keeton Water Treatment Plant and the Tallent Well, one potable water line for redundancy and one raw water line for more production, no development is proposed, no grading is proposed - The disturbed area is going to be more than one acre, so I’m expecting the County will want a SWMP, ESQCP, and such.
