The District assesses platting and building permit fees for new development within the District Boundaries, the District also assess’ a mill levy on property within the District Boundaries.

The fees for this year are as follows:

Traffic Signal Fee:
Commercial - $10,000/ acre
Residential - $1,000/ acre
 
Platting Fees:
A.      Commercial: $5500/acre
B.      Residential: $5500/acre
 
 
Building Permit Fees:
A.      Commercial (Industrial/Other non-residential) $1.00/square foot
B.      Residential
