My apologies that somehow my comments to the DP for Lot 3 of this development were added to the file for the final plat in EDARP. My comments on this file will be for the final plat.

1. The current address of 7337 Central Rail Pt. is too close to the address of the neighboring parcel. The address for proposed Lot 1 will be 7351 Central Rail Pt. This address needs to be shown on the plat where 7337 is currently shown.
2. The address for proposed Tract B of 755 Pacific Rail Pt. is acceptable and need to remain on the final plat.
3. Enumerations will review the mylar prior to recording for addressing, title block, and street names. An Enumerations fee of $10 will be due at the time of mylar review.
4. Enumerations will not approve any building plans submitted for this project without a copy of the final recorded plat in our records.
