Water sufficiency was found with the preliminary plan, and the estimated water demand of this final plat, when added to the estimated demand of Filings 1 and 2, falls within the totals estimated at preliminary plan. Please note, however, that based on our calculations only 0.26 AF/year of water for indoor commercial use and 0.18 AF/year of water for commercial irrigation of the estimates on which the water sufficiency finding is based remain for future filings. 1/15/2025 2:29:21 PM

1. The addresses assigned to current Tract C Crossroads Mixed Use Filing No. 2 may change as part of the plat for Filing 3. Prior to submitting building plans for review/permit, the applicant needs to verify the address to be used once the addressing plan for Filing 3 has been created.
2. The street name of Central Rail Point is shown as Central Rail Way on the site plan. Update the plan to show the street name correctly.
