City of CS: ZONE-24-0015 Zoning Map Amendment for a portion of the subdivision known as Bradley Heights. The land is near the intersection of South Marksheffel Road and Bradley Ridge Drive. The first land area (detention & drainage) is proposed to be rezoned to A (Agriculture) zoning, annexed into the City, and is approximately 3.19 acres.
