Please address comments on the following documents
LOI_V1 Please address amount of traffic (daily trips, PH etc.) generated by the business. Use type Auto Care Center (#942) would indicate in excess of 100 ADT and 10PH trips for the two buildings. Please discuss in the letter of intent how much traffic is being generated and how it will be limited. Justification would be required to meet ECM B.1.2.D exemption criteria if a TIS is not provided.
No construction or land disturbance noted.
