Please revise the WSIS, Water Resource Report to show the following: 1. Please break down the types of uses in the Water Supply Information Summary to show how much water is proposed for each use and make sure it matches other documentation including the Water Resources Report. 2. Please update the Water Resources Report to comply with the Land Development Code 8.4.7.(B), specifically water quality information. Please update the Proposed Wells section on page 3 to state exactly which aquifer the wells on each lot will draw from. 3. Please upload recorded deeds showing chain of title of water from the applicant in 22CW3175 to the applicant in this project. 4. Please obtain a letter with findings of sufficiency from the Colorado Division of Water Resources. 5. The Letter of Intent states that a cistern for fire suppression will be located on a tract within the subdivision. Please identify the source of water supply for this cistern and include it in the WSIS and Water Resource Report. |
