Enumerations has the following comments: 1. The replat shows 1 address, but the original plat showed 3 addresses. One along Beryl Dr., one along Meridian Ranch Rd. and one along Londonderry Dr. Since these are tracts and not lots, no addresses are required to be shown, but, if there is to be infrastructure such as irrigation controllers, we would recommend adding the 2 addresses not shown to the plat. Especially since one of the addresses is what is shown on the Assessor site as the current address. 2. Enumerations will review the mylar prior to recording per usual procedure. No Enumerations fee will be due at the time of review. Brent Johnson Enumerations Plans Examiner Pikes Peak Regional Building Department O: 719-327-2888 E: brent@pprbd.org W: pprbd.org |
