1. This replat (2B) does not show an address for Tract R-1. There is an existing building on this tract and the address will need to be shown. Please add 10301 to Tract R-1 to this replat (2B).
2. The since these are new Tracts (K2, T2, U2 and W2) and not Lots, no addresses are required to be shown, but, if there is to be infrastructure such as irrigation controllers, we would recommend adding 4 addresses not shown to the plat. Especially since new tract K2 has an addresses shown on the Assessor site as the current address 12424 Londonderry Dr.
3. Enumerations will review the mylar prior to recording per usual procedure. No Enumerations fee will be due at the time of review.

El Paso County Parks and Community Services Department. The 2022 El Paso County Parks Master Plan shows this plat exemption process impacting the proposed Arroyo Lane Primary Regional Trail. However, the trail is to be collocated with the existing public meandering concrete sidewalk currently located along the north side of Londonderry Drive. As such, no trail easements are necessary in this location. In the future, El Paso County Parks will work with Meridian Service Metropolitan District to finalize this "trail" location, perhaps through co-agency signage that affords the trail user wayfinding to local attractions, schools, and parks. El Paso County Parks appreciates Meridian Ranch's efforts to bring a wide variety of recreational opportunities to its residents and the citizens of El Paso County. 12/10/2024 10:44:10 AM
