1. This replat does not show the addresses for these tracts from filing #1. 2. Since these are Tracts and not Lots, no addresses are required to be shown, but, if there is to be infrastructure such as irrigation controllers, we recommend adding the two original addresses not shown on the plat. Especially since these tracts have addresses shown on the Assessor site. Tract E1 should show 10408 Antler Creek Dr, and Tract U1 should show 11818 Londonderry Dr. 3. Enumerations will review the mylar prior to recording per usual procedure. No Enumerations fee will be due at the time of review. El Paso County Parks and Community Services Department. The 2022 El Paso County Parks Master Plan shows this plat exemption process impacting the proposed Meridian Ranch Secondary Regional Trail. However, the trail is to be collocated with the existing public meandering concrete sidewalk currently located along the east side of Meridian Road. As such, no trail easements are necessary in this location. In the future, El Paso County Parks will work with Meridian Service Metropolitan District to finalize this "trail" location, perhaps through co-agency signage that affords the trail user wayfinding to local attractions and parks. El Paso County Parks appreciates Meridian Ranch's efforts to bring a wide variety of recreational opportunities to its residents and the citizens of El Paso County. | 12/10/2024 10:41:01 AM | |
