1. When submitting the development plan to Enumerations for addressing, please be sure the copy submitted shows the location of all structures, which will require an address (i.e. , monument signs over 7’ and/or 120sf, irrigation meters, site lighting, trash enclosures, retaining walls, carports, garages etc.) so a comprehensive addressing plan can be created. Trash enclosures & fences over 7’ in height require a separate address and permit. 2. When submitting for addressing, please indicate location of the front door access. We address from the street the apartment is facing. 3. Internal private street names need to be added to this development. We suggest at least 3-Internal street names will be needed to aid in address assignments for this type of development. 4. Secondary addressing will need to follow the secondary addressing guidelines found on our website. To aid in expediated reviews of plans, please be sure to send the secondary addressing to Becky Allen, prior to plan submittal. beckya@pprbd.org Standard development plan comments: 1. Provide a 100 scale copy or larger of the entire APPROVED development plan (d.p.) to this department so that addressing can be assigned. Once received, the development plan will be placed on a list to be addressed. Development plans that are not yet approved may be addressed, however additional plan review fees will accrue if changes are made to the D.P. after initial addressing. 2. Please have the street names approved by El Paso/Teller E-911 (Justin Annan jannan@elpasoteller911.org; Glenn West gwest@eptc911.org) Once approved by E-911, Enumerations will also need an approved street name list emailed to us; beckya@pprbd.org.
