County Attorney - Water

Please revise the WSIS, Water Resource Report, and commitment letter as necessary to: 1. Provide a new commitment letter to correctly identify the development (Venture on Venetucci Filing No. 1) and to include commercial/irrigation uses - and the final demand in acre-feet. 2. Update the Water Resources Report to include information on the District's current water commitments, as well as their water rights/water sources in annual acre-feet. Please update the Table on page 4. The demand figures in the table need to be consistent with those listed in the Water Supply Information Summary. Finally, once a letter from the Division of Water Resources has been received finding adequate supply, the County Attorney's Office will begin review. Thanks. |

Address E911 comment. 1. Once addresses have been assigned for this development, the addresses for the apartment buildings need to appear with the approved street name they are addressed from in the approximate location of the buildings on the plan. plat as close to the named street as possible. 2. Will Tract A require an address off of Venetucci? 3. Standard Final Plat comments apply a. Enumerations will review the pre-plat (mylar) prior to plat for address placement, street names, and title block. b. Pre-plat reviews can be reviewed via “pdf” or in-person. The pre-plat will be stamped by Enumerations for accuracy and returned to the applicant and the planner. All payments to be mailed to RBD via a check or credit card payment over the phone. Plats should not be recorded prior to Enumerations stamping the pre-plat and receiving payment of plat fees. If any pre-plat changes occur, even if changes do not apply to Enumerations, we still need to re-stamp the pre-plat. The Enumerations stamped pre-plat copy should match the recorded document minus a few signatures. If you would like an in-person review, please make an appointment on our website, https://www.pprbd.org/Home/BookAppt c. A copy of the final recorded plat is required prior to approval in the Enumerations department on any COMMERCIAL plan submittal. Please email the Enumerations staff member that reviewed your project. The SHVFD has no objections to the final plat as described. However note that the minimum fir hydrant spacing is 300 FT. Also the building that have fire sprinkler systems will require a fire hydrant within 100 FT of the fire Department Connection. | 12/11/2024 11:17:41 AM | |

Comments for E911 as follows: For the purposes of efficient emergency response and enumeration, internal streets for this development will need to be named. Streetnaming information (criteria, existing/reserved names) can be found at: https://elpasoteller911.org/191/Street-Name-Database Thank you Justin |
