Engineering Review Ver.2 Engineering Comments have been provided on the following documents: - Plat Drawing_V2 Reference Plat note concerning DMA - LOI_V2 Minor comments Note: The Detention Maintenance Agreement (DMA) that was completed for PPR2138 may have to be resigned as part of the plat recording. County Attorney is reviewing DMA to determine if this is required or if the DMA will convey to the LLC or HOA. Road Impact fees paid $8541.22 paid under PPR2138 Road Impact fees apply for future to be constructed hangers.
