El Paso County Parks and Community Services. The 2022 El Paso County Parks Master Plan shows no impacts to existing or proposed parks, trails, or open space. The proposed Highway 94 Primary Regional Trail is located adjacent the south side of the subject property, but will be located on the south side of East Highway 94, where some trail easements have already been dedicated. As such, no additional trail easement dedications will be necessary for this application. As this is a commercial application, no regional park fees will be assessed at final plat unless changes to the El Paso County Land Development Code in 2024-2025 necessitate their assessment.
