The review of the access easements for MS4 compliance does not constitute a review for compliance with Land Development Code, Master Plans, or other Engineering Manuals. No water sufficiency has been made for this property. Driveway permits are not guaranteed. 6/11/2024 11:51:10 AM

Please note that section lines do not constitute existing County ROW as no County Road is present or has been used and adopted. These section lines cannot be considered existing ROW or prescriptive ROW.
No private roads can be approved with this submittal. Easements shown on the GEC Plan do not meet ECM and LDC Fire Code for cross section width or 6.3.3.2.C requirements.
All access points to Meyers Road will require a County Access Permit. Any proposed private access must meet access spacing.
Any future potential subdivision (<35ac) will be required to meet ECM 2.3.2 and LDC private road or driveway requirements IAW 6.3.3.2.C to include intersection access spacing along Meyers Road.
