Any structure being used for commercial use will require a separate address and permit. 1. If the loafing sheds are to remain agricultural use, then no separate address will be required. 2. The stables with commercial office/reception will require a separate address. If the office in the stables is not existing, then a permit under the assigned address will need to be issued showing this work. 3. If the Riding School/stables building will be considered commercial use, then a separate address and permit will be required. If commercial, please add the commercial use of the building to the site plan.
