1. Conveyance by special warranty deed is required. Template is attached. 2. Please confirm with the County Engineering that any of the easements identified in Schedule B of the title commitment which lie across this tract are acceptable to remain. 3. County Attorney's Office will request a tax proration from the Treasurer's Office for any taxes that have accrued on the ROW tracts in 2024; those taxes must also be paid before the BoCC hearing. 4. The County Attorney's Office can then schedule this matter before the BoCC for approval. |
