Once annexation of the property is complete, El Paso County guidelines and regulations will not apply. However, staff notes that there may be challenges in compatibility with possible future development of adjacent county parcels in the RM-12 (Residential Multi-Dwelling) zoning district and that additional buffering should be considered along these boundaries to adhere to the purpose of preserving and improving the public health, safety and general welfare of the citizens and businesses of El Paso County. | 2/16/2024 7:52:03 AM | |
