El Paso County Parks and Community Services fully supports the dedication by El Paso County Public Works of Rex Road through Falcon Regional Park and terminating at Eastonville Road. EPC Parks requested that EPC Public Works take the lead on the dedication process, as EPC Parks does not have the authority to accept privately-developed roads into the EPC network. The Rex Road temporary access and construction easement has been in place since the park was dedicated to EPC by GTL, LLC, and Meridian Service Metropolitan District in August 2014. And currently, EPC Parks has executed a Temporary Access Permit for the construction of stormwater drainage facilities outside of the existing construction easement.
