El Paso County Parks and Community Services. The 2022 El Paso County Parks Master Plan shows no impacts to proposed or existing parks, trails, or open space. The existing and heavily used Rock Island Regional Trail is located immediate adjacent and south of the subject property within a parcel owned by El Paso County. EPC Parks staff has no objection to the construction of the RV garage as long as the construction and stormwater runoff does not have any detrimental effects on the Rock Island Regional Trail or its surrounding property. 4/16/2024 10:15:52 AM
